What to expect
Where: We meet weekly in the Cafe Lago parking lot at 7:30am. We leave from the parking lot together and run on the trail.
During the hot summer months, we will meet earlier. Follow us on Facebook for the most up-to-date info!
*The last Saturday of every month we take a field trip to a new spot.
How: We are doing run/walk intervals and complete about 3.5-4 miles on average. All paces are welcome!
